At the top of the lakes in the Mountain View Cemetery, Near the trailhead of a nice walking trail that leads up the hill to the top of the cemetery. The hours of this facility are daily from 8 am to 5 pm. You can enter it at N37° 49.916 W 122° 14.704. Once inside, you can park practically anywhere.
