Cache is NOT at the posted coordinates. It is NOT necessary or helpful to find the six caches in the Random Number Series to locate this cache, although they are vital.

Perhaps a set of numbers is not random at all. Perhaps there is order to them after all; it's just hidden.
Update 3/18/24: One cache that this puzzle relies on has been archived. It is not necessary to find that cache (or any of them) in order to solve the puzzle.
