Metered parking is available at the posted parking coordinates.
At the listed coordinates, go into Rose Library. Look for the cache (see picture in description) near the Makery (ask at the desk if needed). The Makery does not need to be open to do the cache.
*** IMPORTANT: To get access to the cache, after powering on, you must FIRST indicate that you are a geocacher by finding the geocaching logo on the side of the box and touching the flag. The head of the geocacher on the logo will illuminate.
