Two years ago we placed a cache near here. The title, "There Goes the Neighborhood," referred to the large construction project commencing directly south of the cache. Six months later a fence went up, isolating the geocache on the construction side of the fence. We waited for the fence to come down and the cache to become available, but the tree holding the cache was cut down and we were forced to archive the cache.
Now the construction project is complete and the boundaries are clearly defined. We've placed a new cache on the north side of the fence and it is ready to be found. The new construction is clearly visible from here--There Goes the Neighborhood!
