Update 04/25/20: Yes, the sign is gone, but the vertical posts and the horizontal beam remain. And the cache container also remains in it's original location. TOTT are advised (a prying device, tweezers, and of course a writing utensil).
The tree plantation is due to be cut in 2029. When that happens, the cache will probably need to be archived, so don't put off the search for too long, or you may be disappointed.
It's probably a good idea to bring an extraction tool (tweezers) to aid in removing the log from the cache container. If you intend to log your find it is also advisable that you bring a writing utensil since no such implements are provided (this is a low budget operation).
