This geocache was part of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Wildlife Management Area System in 2017. There are 49 geocaches hidden on WMAs across Florida, from the panhandle to the Keys. See if you can find them all!

There is a long drive down a limerock road to get to the entrance of Bull Creek WMA but it is well worth the trip. You'll find beautiful flatwoods, hardwood hammocks, and creeks. You can also hike a segment of the Florida National Scenic Trail here. The geocache is located in flatwoods and you may see the endangered red-cockaded woodpecker.
