Cache will take you along a nice trail that leads half way around the Mill Creek Reservoir to a nice spot I found just wondering around in the snow. Mostly quad trails you will be hiking on but can be rocky at times. Parking can be found at the entrance of the power line trail or the water company entrance, I have never had any issues parking at these locations to go hiking back here. Not exactly an island but maybe it will be one day. FTF prize is finders choice. In place of a log book is a small sketch book and a few pencils so feel free to show off your art skills.
