You can charge straight up the hill, or if you are coming from "What is PTEC" you can come the easier way by coming up the slope of the hill from there. Either way it is just below the crest of the hill. Harder find than it was. Should not be muggled now. Do not hunt after dark. Approved by Jeffrey Leverenz of WCTC
