Dal 1970 la villa è stata oggetto di accurati restauri e ripensata nelle funzioni attuali principalmente come Museo del Volo. Inaugurato nel 1980, frutto dell’impegno della proprietà e di Maria Fede Caproni, ripercorre l’intera storia del volo umano facendo perno sull’impresa dannunziana; a tale volo è dedicata la parte principale del museo con le stanze abitate dal poeta nel periodo 1917-1919. Fanno da “contorno” le sale dedicate a Leonardo, ai Montgolfier, ai Wright, a Ferrarin, a Lindbergh, a Nobile, a Balbo, a Forlanini, a Gagarin e Armstrong … oltre 30 sale per ripercorrere la più straordinaria impresa umana: il volo! www.castellodisanpelagio.it

DH: Seit 1970 ist die Villa Gegenstand einer sorgfältigen Restaurierung gewesen und wieder dachte in den aktuellen Funktionen in erster Linie als Museum of Flight. das Ergebnis von Eigenverantwortung und Engagement von Maria Fede Caproni, die gesamte Geschichte der menschlichen Flug über das Unternehmen zu tun Stift D'Annunzio Eröffnet im Jahr 1980; für diesen Flug ist es den Hauptteil des Museums mit Zimmern, die von dem Dichter in der Zeit 1917-1919 bewohnt gewidmet. Sind die "Kontur" die Räume gewidmet Leonardo, der Montgolfier, Wright, zu Ferrarin, Lindbergh, Nobile, Balbo, Forlanini, Gagarin und Armstrong ... über 30 Zimmer, die meisten außergewöhnlichen menschlichen Unternehmen zurückverfolgen: die Flucht !
