From the car park at Coed Cyrnol Menai Bridge take the pleasant walk through the woods and along the Belgian Promenade which will lead you under Telfords Menai Bridge. Just before you reach the bridge there is a opening in the wall to a small wooded area from where you have a good view of the underside of the bridge.
Once inside the wooded area follow the path and look for the holly and ivy bushes beside a large tree. The cache is small and you will need a pen. Take care near the waters edge.
Coed Cyrnol is a small woodland Local Nature reserve located on the banks of the Menai Straits between Thomas Telford’s Suspension Bridge and St Tysilo’s Church Island.
When you have found the cache retrace your footsteps and go and vist Church Island for magnificent views of both bridges.
