I hope that you all got given enough swag to leave in the caches you find for at least a few days. (Although based on some peoples' find rate, it may take considerably longer. Tentbruiser I'm talking to you here. Although others aren't far behind.)

FTF was drawn from a hat and went to raul ct.
He received the prize pot with swag and some extra bits including a clip lock box and trackable.

The 2nd prize pot was given to jo&hope.

As everyone now seems to have logged their attendance I will be archiving the event.

Geocache Description:

We hope that you will be able to join us at our "Save Our Swag" event in the heart of Mumbles on Saturday 8th April from 12 - 4pm.

As the title of the event suggests: we are trying to promote swag.
We think that boxes should contain nice things to have a quick rummage through. So we're hoping that this event will be stuffed full of swag!
If you can, please bring along some swag to put in the prize pots. The more swag: the better the prizes

The event is being held at 14 John Street, Mumbles. SA3 4LH. This is a white, terraced house. But don't be nervous about entering the wrong building, it will be really obvious where the geocaching event is taking place.

Anyone is welcome to attend, particularly new cachers who will receive a warm welcome. Even if you only have a few minutes to spare, please feel free to pop in and say hello (and sign the log).
Unfortunately, no dogs please. But please bring along your children, we're going to have some simple activities available to keep them entertained.

There will be tea, coffee, fizzy drinks and refreshments provided. But any extra donations would be gratefully received. There will be no seats available, so please bring your own if you want to.

We will have a trackables pot for trading trackables, so please bring them along to swap.

Warning: Parking is very limited near Ground Zero You probably won't be able to find anywhere nearby to park other than in Mumbles' designated car parks . Don't hesitate to send us a message if you'd like to attend the event, but feel that the walk to and from a car park would be too much. The Cachekeepers' "Head Honcho" is happy to provide lifts to Ground Zero and back for anyone who needs it.

A further warning: The Cachekeepers love giving away swag. So you might find yourself given some during the course of the event.

And, if you're a geocacher who's not interested in swag, please just come along and enjoy a natter with fellow geocachers.
