To work out the location of this cache, you need to do the following:
- Solve the puzzle below (see the cache listing for Slitherlink Boot Camp for the rules about how to solve Slitherlink puzzles).
- Locate the letters a through to n in the puzzle (i, and l are omitted). For each letter, its numeric value is the number of lines around the cell.
The cache can be found at S 43 30.ABC E 172 34.DEF, where:
A = a + b
B = c + d
C = e + f
D = g + h
E = j + k
F = m + n
The checksum for A to F is 12.
Look for a tree a few metres NW of FH. The cache is an Eclipse tin nested towards the back of the tree, under a stone, tied to a vertical shoot. You might have to go to the back of the tree to grab it. Also, watch out for traffic!!!!
