Starlight #2 is the second cache in the Starlight series. It is a Letterbox Hybrid cache meaning it has a unique stamp that cacher's can use to stamp their personal Letterbox logbook. You will need to bring your own inkpad though. One is not included in the cache.
Starlight #2 represents the star second closest to Earth. Some astronomers will debate this title. The star is often considered as just one of a three star cluster. However it is reasonably far enough away from the other two that it does get a distinct name and thus I am considering it as a stand alone star. This star is a Red Dwarf. It is comparatively small and lower in temperature than other stars. So much so that it cannot be seen from Earth without a powerful telescope. At 4.2 light years from Earth, second place goes to........... Well, once again, you will have to find the cache and stamp your log to get the name of this little fireball.
