Starlight #3 represents the star 3rd from planet Earth. Actually it is a star cluster consisting of 2 stars very close together. One star is a G2, Yellow Dwarf star, similar to Sol but slightly larger. The other is a K1, Orange Dwarf, smaller than Sol. 0.1 light years away from the second closest star to Earth, these two are often considered by some astronomers to be part of a three star cluster. But at 4.3 light years from us, this pair takes 3rd place. These stars share the name.......... Well, you guessed it.
