Patriot Games - In the Wood(s) Traditional Cache

A new park in Cherokee County!  You're looking for a container a little bigger than a micro, but smaller than a small.  The terrain is rated as how I felt when I set it out.  Most people would consider this a 2 or a 2.5.  

This brand new park is situated on 32.8 acres along Kellogg Creek Road just west of Bells Ferry Road in unincorporated Cherokee County.

Patriots Park includes two natural grass baseball/softball diamonds, two fenced off-leash dog areas, a fully accessible and inclusive playground, a paved walking path throughout the park, a concession/restroom building and an artificial turf adaptive use baseball/softball diamond.

Dubbed Freedom Field by CRPA staff, the adaptive use field is designed for the inclusive use of athletes of all abilities. It is the first of its kind in the county and is expected to become the future home of the Cherokee County Miracle League program.
