This cache is located at Woodland Park in Meeker County. It is 4.3 miles North of Dassel, MN. It has 3 miles of hiking and horse-back riding trails. And 1 1/2 miles of ski trails. The park is 80 acres. It has a restroom and a picnic area. It can be very buggy at certain times of the year, so bring the bug spray and BYOP! I've lived in the area for over 20 years, and it wasn't until I started Geocaching that I learned about this unique park.
It's true! Some of her hides are Oh! So hard to find, yet she can find those blending in like a chameleon. And if you can't find it? Then she'll find a TOTT that will work to get it. Cruiser5, my first friend gained through Geocaching, though she lives only a mile away from me. And here in my land of marbles, the Chameleon is a great marble to remind me of her. You see, the Chameleon marble is much like the Spumoni marble. They are shiny and bright. They have similar colors. Blue, red, and yellow, with the Chameleons having a bit greener yellow. Though the marbles she reminds me of blend in, the cache itself does not, Just like her! They are not your normal container, they are unique. And the area too, is unique. It seems fitting to me that she just had her 200th hide today, which I was able to find! Congratulations Cruiser5, and thank you for hides you have left for so many of us to find!
