A Potter's field is a place where the poor, criminals, or unidentified bodies are buried.
Based on the close proximitry to Highland cemetery, I think that is exactly what this small area of green space is. The driveway is off S. Green Road and while there are no posted hours I would recommend dawn to dusk caching only.
