Geocache Description:

Take a walk down an overlook to view one of the falls. The terrain was not difficult and level of difficulty overall was low as well. Altitude is about 1700 ft.

We decided to take this hike one afternoon while visiting Fall Creek Falls State Park. We are from the New Orleans LA area and we visit here every year but this time it was special. We were able to take the whole family to experience what we have been experiencing for years. My wife daughter and I went on this hike to find a nice place to hide "Don't let the cache fall in the Creek". I did not want a real difficult area to hide this cache and make to hard to find. Sometimes I have found that people want to hide the cache so well they make it to difficult and you can't find them. I thought the whole idea was to be able to find the Cache and have fun too.
