Isle Lake’s name refers to the presence of several islands. In the past Isle Lake was called Lac des Isles and Lac des Islets. Now it is known locally as Lake Isle.
Just south of Lake Isle, this geocache will bring you to 262 acres of natural area, established in 1971, that allows geocaching, hiking and hunting. Once you step onto the natural area you’ll feel instantly out of civilization.
