I had three goals in mind when the wife and I headed out in to the desert today: 1) knock out a good-sized chunk of my daily step quota, 2) conduct a status-check on one of my caches (GC48JCM, Risk of Rattlesnakes!), and 3) place this cache!
Happily, all three goals were met!
Even though the area is posted for no vehicles, there is plenty of evidence to prove that not everyone complies.
Have fun going for this cache, but be aware of the dangers! All the usual desert problems apply here. Snakes, pokey plants, loose rocks on the hill sides, cliff faces, etc...
