Geocache Description:

This was placed with the intention of being enjoyed after 9am on Saturday, April 22nd, 2017 to coincide with the Cleaning up the Creek 2017 CITO (GC7174V). All finds that day, by CITO attendees, will be considered a shared FTF.

No idea what this place is but it was lacking a cache so I added one.
