ad hoc Mob [MOB Cache] Multi-Cache

Geocaching HQ Admin:
Mob caches were published as an experiment using specific technology that required players to be in the same place and to enter a code at the same time to learn the final coordinates. This was an exception to the guidelines at the time and is not a publishable concept today.

The original site used for this purpose has been removed, and therefore, HQ has decided to archive all active caches originally intended to be solved using this method. Due to privacy laws, we are not seeking an alternative site at this time. We are respectfully requesting that the cache owner please remove the cache container and contents as soon as possible.

Ein Spass-Kurz-Multi. // A fun short multicache.

An den Listingkoordinaten findest Du einen belebten Platz im Herzen von Wiesbaden.
  • Begib Dich zu einer beliebigen Zeit dorthin. Auf dem Platz findest Du eine Telefonzelle. Lies die vierstellige Standortnummer ab und addiere 881.
  • Suche Dir mindestens 9 Mitstreiter 6 Mitstreiter. Dies können Cacher, Freunde, Bekannte, Kollegen, Kinder, Eltern, Schwiegermütter, usw. sein, je mehr es sind um so besser. Falls von diesen aber gerade keiner verfügbar ist, kannst Du auch versuchen nette Passanten zu überzeugen Dir zu helfen.
  • Ruft gemeinsam mit euren Handys die Webseite https://www.geotrailsw.com/mob/ auf und gebt die ermittelte Nummer ein. (Standortbestimmung +Übertragung müssen aktiviert sein).
    Hierzu könnt Ihr auch eins der dort vorhandenen freien WLAN-Netze verwenden.
  • Sobald mindestens 10 Personen 7 Personen auf dem Platz dies gleichzeitig tun, werden die Finalkoordinaten angezeigt.
  • Geht zum Final und signiert das Logbuch

P.S. die Schwierigkeit ergibt sich daraus, genügend Helfer zusammen zu bekommen.

WIE ÜBLICH, BITTE DIE FINALKOORDINATEN NICHT WEITERGEBEN, DA ANSONSTEN DER CACHE SEINEN REIZ VERLIERT.

EN:
At the listing coordinates you'll find a busy square in the center of Wiesbaden.
  • Go there at any time you like and search for the telephone box. Look for its four digit location number and add 881.
  • Now search for at least 9 willing helpers 6 willing helpers . These may be other cachers, friends, colleagues, children, parents, mothers in law etc.,the more the better.
    If they are currently not around, you can try to convince some friendly pedestrians to join in.
  • Now visit the website https://www.geotrailsw.com/mob/ with all your mobile devices and enter the calculated number. (Location determination and transmission have to be active.)
    Free open Wifi's are available, if needed.
  • As soon as at least 10 people 7 people connect at the same time with the right location, the final coordinates will be shown.
  • go to the final and sign the logbook

P.S. The difficulty of this cache arises from the fact, that you need enough people to join in

PLEASE DO NOT SHARE THE FINAL COORDINATES WITH OTHERS, OR THE CACHE WILL LOSE ITS SENSE!

UPDATE 10 April 2017:
Leider scheint es schwierig zu sein sich gleichzeitig auf der Website anzumelden, weil ab und an Verbindungen abbrechen. Um den Spaß nicht zu verderben, haben wir die Mindestanzahl an Verbindungen auf 7 reduziert. Dennoch werden vermutlich mehr Leute benötigt um erfolgreich zu sein. Viel Spaß!
Unfortunately, the connection to the Website is not as stable as expected. It may be difficult to connect simultaneously as some devices get disconnected. To keep the fun, we reduced the required minimum participants to 7, nevertheless you will need probably more people to succeed. Have fun!
