Just off the hiking path is a tree that looks like it's been struck by lightning - split in two with burn marks down the trunk. It makes me appreciate the power of nature, and thankful that a forest fire wasn't started from this.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to John Arthur and Michael Degenhardt of the Wisconsin DNR. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resource managed lands require permission by means of a notification form. Please print out a paper copy of the notification form, fill in all required information, then submit it to the land manager.
