A circular walk comprising the Ashfields Circular Walk and the Southern Washlands Nature Reserve, both maintained by the local council. It is mainly either in dense woodland, or lakeside.
This is at a very scenic point, Kirkthorpe weir viewpoint. There is a bench to sit on to see the weir, and a fence to prevent you from falling in. The cache is located a few meters away from the bench.
