M's Spring Cache Traditional Cache

Since Spring has sprung, it's time for another cache in M's series of seasonal caches. 

The cache is in an urban neighborhood with nearby parking and Metro access.   I used my iPhone to get the coordinates, however given the foliage and trees in the area, there's quite a bit of bounce. I am not one to give spoilers on my caches, but in this case I will make an exception and post a photo in the gallery.
