Geocache Description:

Join us at Cultus Lake
For The BC Geocaching Association’s
Annual General Meeting

DATE: Saturday, June 10th
TIME: Registration begins at 4:30pm with the meeting called to order at approximately 5:00pm and should last about an hour
LOCATION: Cultus Lake Provincial Park – Westside Group Campground. An onsite map can be found here.

 

~ Everyone is welcome to attend but only BCGA members are permitted to vote.
~ The agenda will be available to members in the formal Notice of Meeting but will include the results of the electronic voting for Directors, presentation of the financial statements, and any other business of the BCGA.

 

~ Anyone wanting to stay the weekend, go to GC73J0W to log your “will attend” and the BCGA Campout page here to find the details on how to reserve your spot. .
