Former site of the City of Winona dump. I lived within walking distance, was always dragging things home. Much to my Mother's dismay. Shut down in 1970, many remnants are still visible. Tires, plastic, glass, concrete, anything not biodegradable can be seen. In just poking around for a couple minutes I found a piece of a telephone book protector. (Remember them?) Had the old four digit numbers on it. Residential, Industrial, even hospital waste was dumped here, quite a site (sight) back in the day.
An attempt was made to rezone the area a couple years ago, don't think *that* will ever happen.
Cache is a larger small containing log and stubby pencil. Plenty of room for trades and/or trackables.
