Geocache Description:

Congratulations to GEOJRH on surpassing 10,000 finds!!

This cache is a multi, in true GEOJRH style. After reading about the man, use some basic math skills to find the cache.

GEOJRH is one of those people who will do anything he can to help someone. He has become known for making some really cool hiking/walking sticks for folks (I love mine). GEOJRH’s caching karma is high, because he has not only accumulated lots of experience in pursuing all kinds of caches in all kinds of environments, but he has also contributed heavily in the way of cache placement. His caches have been fun, creative, plentiful, and well-maintained. He enjoys the journey even more than just accumulating Smileys. He will revisit caches multiple times while accompanying his MANY friends while they find the cache for their first time.

  • 10,000+ finds in 27 states and 54 countries
  • A 500+ daily find streak
  • Less than 30 days away from having double digit finds on every day of the calendar
  • Completed 3 trips around the Fizzy grid (only 1 away from his 4th)
  • 250+ cache hides
  • Countless adventures, memories, and tales (all in his self-deprecating manner)

Now to the cache: A multi requiring some simple math and substitution skills to locate a cricket with a prehistoric guardian.

Once at the listed location (parking spot), look directly in front of you above the door of the local business for a series of 4 white numbers. [To ensure you have the correct 4 digit number, the sum of the 4 numbers equals 11].

To find the coordinates for the final, simply use the following formula:

N30 10.ABC W095 27.DEF, where A= the last number, B= the sum of the first 2 numbers, C= double the 3rd number plus the first number, D= the sum of the first and 3rd number, E= the product of all numbers, and F= the sum of the 2nd and 3rd number minus the first number.
