Ex zona militare Traditional Cache

La cache vi condurrà in una ex zona militare nel parco naturale del Monte San Bartolo.

Questa zona del Parco San Bartolo, precisamente Monte Brisighella, era una zona militare (o forse lo è ancora sulla carta, ma si puó entrare tranquillamente), infatti all'inizio del sentiero 2 vi è ancora la vecchia sbarra con tanto di cartelli; anche i sentieri 1 e 3 portano esattamente allo stesso posto. Ora questa zona viene a volte usata come centro per inanellamento degli uccelli a scopo scientifico. All'inizio del sentiero 1 vi è un grande parcheggio, e salendo troverete anche dei tavoli da picnic. E' possibile parcheggiare anche all'inizio del sentiero 2, e alla fine della salita, a sinistra è possibile vedere una trincea in cemento con tanto di scaletta. Il sentiero 3 invece, una volta arrivati abbastanza in alto vi darà la vista sulla costa in direzione opposta rispetto a dove è nascosta la cache (all'inizio di questo sentiero, se invece di imboccarlo andate a destra della casetta , vi è un altro sentierino con tanto di corde per scendere che porta direttamente a spiaggia!). Nel punto esatto del nascondiglio è possibile avere una bellissima vista sulle colline vicine e sulla spiaggia sottostante. La cache visto il nascondiglio è semplicemente un logbook, portatevi la matita e richiudete bene il sacchetto di plastica assicurandovi che sia il meno possibile visibile :)

This area of ​​the San Bartolo Park, precisely Monte Brisighella, was a military zone (or maybe it still is, but you can enter with no problems), in fact at the beginning of the path 2 there still is the old barrier with signs; also the paths 1 and 3 goes exactly in the same place. Now this area is sometimes used as a center for capturing and watching birds for scientific purposes. At the beginning of the trail 1 there is a large parking lot, and walking up you will find picnic tables. It's possible to park also at the beginning of the path 2, and at the end of the climb, to the left is possible to see a trench with a ladder. The path 3 instead, once you get high enough will give you a view of the coast in the opposite direction from where the cache is hidden (at the beginning of this trail, if instead of taking it, you go to the right of the house there is another little trail with ropes to help you descend that leads directly to the beach!). In the exact point of the hiding place you can have a beautiful view of the nearby hills and the beach below. The cache, as the little hiding spot, is simply a logbook; bring a pencil and close and hide well the plastic bag :)
