Recently, the city of Portland has reduced the speed limit on this stretch of Division to 30 MPH. To help enforce the speed limit, they have also installed "automated speeding cameras". The cache is located near, but not on the pole that holds an array of these cameras, so there is no need to mess with the high tech equipment. There is parking very near GZ.
