So I walk this sidewalk most everyday and yesterday I looked at it from a slightly different angle and decided it would be a perfect place for a cache. I hope you do as well.
There really isn't parking right near GZ but there are nearby businesses on Avenida Encinas or street parking on Cannon closer to the beach that you can park at and take a short walk.
The coords bounced around a bit for me but they'll get you close. Be careful and don't slip.

4/18: Please note the trees here recently were heavily trimmed/hacked and now there is little to no cover while you look for the cache. Please be as stealthy as possible on this busy intersection.
