Y did I place a cache here?
Y did I indeed! I saw no reason Y not, the nearby sign said it all!
But Y had a lot of questions...
- Y did I get up at 6.30am to drive all the way up here?
- Y did I bring the lads (who were just grumpy all the time)?
- Y was I slower up the hill to Rangiwahia Hut than a one-eyed Chihauhua? (strange but true)
- Y did I stop, get my co-driver to check coordinates, and forage around the car until I found a suitable container and logbook?
Because the place was just calling out for a cache.... with great views, intriguing signage (you'll know 'Y' when you see it), a noticeboard with a lot of information about the locality, and even a picnic table, to sit down and appreciate it all.
In the distance, there were some buffalo (or relatives) grazing, so I added one more (kinda) to keep them company.
So Y not come out here and find this one?
