During the late-1800s to 1900, Pole Hill Reservation was known as "The Shawsheen Grove". It featured a dance hall, train stop, and running track. This multi-cache will take you on a tour of Pole Hill Reservation. WP1 is at the approximate summit of Pole Hill, WP2 is very close to the site of the dance hall, and WP3 is a spot I particularly liked. They are all recycled containers. Use the parking coordinates given to begin your hike. The terrain is high because it's hilly and there is a small bit of bushwhacking. The trails are very nice here, though.
Enjoy!
