Siskiyou Trail Summit Loop-Forest Park Traditional Cache

New cache for a new trail.  This is a spur off the loop view point trail off of the new Siskiyou trail.

Cache is located at the view point.  From the main parking lot, the loop trail is about 2/3 of the way along the trail.  Siskiyou trail is about 2 miles long (longer then estimated on map).  The cache is about .25 miles from the start of the right side of the loop to the cache.
