Voices in my Head Mystery Cache

This is something that has always bothered me. There seems to be a chorus of voices in my head that are always telling me where to go, what to do and even how to do it. Sometimes the voices sound familiar, other times they don't (though that does not happen often). It gets annoying to have to deal with them, but it seems like I have no choice. They just will not go away! I cannot hide from them, I cannot escape them, they are talking to me at home, they are talking to me at work, and sometimes they try to talk to me when I am asleep. I shove them away at night into a drawer and go back to sleep, but when I wake up I have to deal with them. So I decided to crete a cipher cache with their annoying little code. In order to find this geocache, all you have to do is decipher the following:
