Geocache Description:

This event is part of WWFM XIV - World Wide Flash Mob 14!

Lx2 and Left Shoe will be in the Milwaukee for the Bead & Button Show and didn't want to miss a chance to participate in WWFM XIV. So we decided to host an event. Everyone is welcome!

The plan: On Saturday, June 10th, 2017 at 12:00 pm noon, dozens if not hundreds, of events all around the world, happening at the same time to bring together geocachers and introduce others to geocaching. This will be a rain or shine event.

Schedule:
Any time before Noon - STAY AWAY from ground zero.

Noon - Exactly 12:00 pm as determined by the clock on your GPS arrive at ground zero. A bucket will be placed at the designated coordinates to signify the start of the event.

12:01 pm - Begin signing the log sheet. Pen will be provided. All in attendance need to sign the log sheet. We report total numbers attending to the World Wide Event.

12:05 pm - Introduce yourself to a geocacher you don't know and say hi to those you do know. Trade/record travelers and trackables. We collect pathtags so bring yours to trade. Grab a snack if you wish but know that if you come hungry you will be leaving hungry too.

12:15 pm - Assemble for the group picture to submit to the World Wide Event.

12:20 pm - FTF (First to Find) awarded to someone on the log sheet.

12:25 pm - Door prizes hand out to a few more lucky geocachers.

12:29 pm - One minute left to get your name on the log sheet.

12:30 pm - WWMF XIV is over! The bucket will be picked up and everyone must leave "Ground Zero". If you missed placing your name on the log sheet, you missed the event!

If everything goes right we will have lots of people converging on one spot for a 30 minute geocaching event and then disappearing. Should be fun and very confusing to any observing muggles.

We will practice CITO and make sure the immediate event area is cleaned up as we leave.
