Come join us for a fun Geocaching WWFM XIV event at the New Salem ND. Saturday June 10, 2017 from 12:00 PM ( NOON )to 12:30 PM, Since this is a Flash Mob would be Fashionable to be 15 minutes late. LOL

Since we'll be at New Salem Sue, this years theme is dress like a farmer. So get you Sunday go to meetin' Bibs,  boots, straw hats, handkerchiefs, and even your farmer tan if you want. A group picture will be taken and posted on the WWFM site.

If you have Travel Bugs to trade...bring em. If you have banners ...bring ‘em. If you have T-shirts...wear ‘em.  We would like folks to join us for 30 minutes of visiting and sharing of past geocaching happenings. Plenty of geocaches in the New Salem area to grab while here, before and after the event. 

About  WWFM – World Witde Flash Mobs – A fun and friendly way to promote geocaching around the world. There are thousands of geocachers at dozens of coordinated events spanning the globe, gathering at the same time. Sonny and Sandy of the PodCacher podcast came up with the WWFM idea in 2007 after attending a mega-event. It was meant to be a fun “opposite” of a mega-event: all the cool aspects of a geocaching event, crammed into 15 minutes of excitement. An added dimension is represented by the letters "WW" - World Wide - these events occur across the planet on the same day at (mostly) the same time! These caching events are intended to bring geocachers together in a creative way, as well as introduce others to the hobby.
