Very easy walk to get to. My 71-year-old mother walks it with me. I placed it close to my favorite place to walk when visiting Idyllwild Thousand Trails. The view from the rock is amazing. On some days the rangers told me you can even see the pacific ocean.
Idyllwild Thousand Trails is one of my favorite spots in the world. So down to earth, beautiful mountain town. I placed this geocache near the spot I love to walk to. It's a very easy walk. My 71-year-old mother does it. The view from the lookout rock is amazing. You see the valley, Hemet lake and on some days the rangers have told me you can see the pacific ocean at sunset with the sun bouncing off of it. The cache is just a little ways from the lookout point rock. Please keep it in the zip-lock bag so the tin container is not exposed to the elements and rust.
