The mountain is called kakotopia(madness) either(bad place). It is located in the Kalamos area,outside from Athens. It's height is 464 meters. West at 4 kilometers us the monastery Metamorfosi tou Sotiros (transfiguration). Built in the 6th century is one of the oldest monasteries of Attika with many historical byzantine monuments.Northeast are the Kalamos beaches and South-east Varnavas beaches. The route to the Geocash is pleasing, you ll see many wellknow trees such as pine oak arubus and vegetation of many herbs, thyme, taraxacum, sustyback, florallmages, ceterach officinarium, silybum. The landscape of the mountain changes from green to rock. In some areas there are small caves, is one of the most beautiful parts of the mountain.
