Hundreds of years ago, this island was known as "Basso Island." It was all owned by the Basso Clan, and passed down through the generations to my father, Basso IX. It would still be called Basso Island, except a hacker from Russia broke into Basso HQ, and secretly changed the name to Angel Island.
Well, it was a good life here on Basso Island. We led a simple life, and ran the family dry cleaning business. People from all around dropped their dry cleaning off on Basso Island. We did a good job, and our prices were reasonable.
Plus, we gave trading stamps.
My grandpa also liked to hold race contests, such as the "Mudder" races. On one such contest, I was going to win, but toward the end I lost my shoe! I still came in second place, but I was mad.
I have always wondered what happened to my lost shoe. Is it still there? Is it in good shape?
