A surprise cache hidden along a public bridleway out of the picturesque village of Bradmore
I've been trying to place this one for ages but have been constantly thwarted by 'hidden stages' of mystery caches of which there are loads around me. Consequently I've gone out of town to a lovely and historic little hamlet that lies off the main A60 route to Loughborough. Parking is available in Farmer Street, Bradmore and from there you cross Loughborough Road and head up the public bridleway. I found this 'container' in a local garden centre, just crying out to be turned into a geocache. After a little bit of DIY I've managed to produce something rather different and definitely quirky.....see what you think! Incidentally, while you're up the track, have a good look around. The views into the distance on all sides are quite impressive considering most of it is rolling, arable farmland. The farm complex further up the track is a pretty sizable operation for the area. There are few muggles about so take your time. Please replace carefully to keep as much water off the cache as possible -thanks. Enjoy!
