Geocache Description:

This site is the historic North Street Bridge, one of the oldest bridges in Stamford still accessible to automobiles. This cache was hidden by Mill River Park staff in anticipation of the expansion of the Mill River Greenway.

The North Street Bridge is a stone arch bridge built across the Ripppowam (Mill) River in 1900. It's one of the many river crossings still in use for automobile traffic. This is a small cache that is accessible from the sidewalk.
