Hello Ottawa geocachers! Another geo-tourist will be in your town!
I will be visiting Ottawa from Burnaby, British Columbia, and would love to say hi to the local caching community. Noting the proximity of July 1st, I will be here for the big Canada Day celebations, but I thought I would put it on June 30th, rather than on the big day to avoid larger muggle crowds. I have been looking forward to this trip, and I am interested to hear of any cool geocaches in the area. Parliament Hill was first place that came to mind to host an event here, I have always wanted to see that glorious building in person.
I will also be bringing a bunch of trackables with me that may wish to explore the area, and be passed on to other caches. I am also happy to bring some geocoins or travel bugs with me back to BC, as long as they are small.
