Geocache Description:

Come join us and watch the Solar Eclipse.  We will be having our event from 10:00 AM - Noon.

Bring your friends and family and meet us in a little park in Shoshoni, Wyoming for a great view of the eclipse. This is the first total solar eclipse to span the continental US since 1918! The next one will span from Maine to Texas in 2024!  Bring the correct eclipse glasses for proper viewing.  You may want to bring chairs or blankets as picnic tables at the park are limited. No snacks or water will be provided at this event, so come prepared.  Wyoming is expecting an influx of people to view the total eclipse so with this in mind, plan for extra traffic as well as delays.    If you plan on attending please log a "Will Attend" as soon as possible.  You will also want to put this event on your watch list for any updates .

From the event location the moon will start the eclipse cycle at around 10:15 AM local time and we should get somewhere around 2 minuets and 20 seconds of totality and that time should start at about 11:40 AM local time. Hope to see you there!!
