Geocache Description:

Happy Canada Day!!

Where in the world is Signal the Frog?  He's visiting Canada!!  He'll be helping to celebrate Canada's 150th birthday!

While we may not be able to travel north to help celebrate the festivities, let's all get together for a little meet and greet, some story swapping, putting some names to faces, and snacking on some goodies!!  SocksAndAmanda will be working to recreate some authentic Canadian sweet treats to share with everyone, and we encourage you all to participate and share some sort of snack or goodie as well wink

Get Down to the Nitty-Gritty

Who:  Anyone and everyone!  Cachers and your Muggle friends alike!

What:  A social get-together to celebrate Canada Day, earn a souvenir, snack on some goodies, and meet some new friends!

Where:  Tom Pearce Park (3700 Pearce Park Rd, Grants Pass, OR 97526)

NOTE:  There is a $5 per vehicle day use fee, so please keep that in mind. (Might be worth it to carpool) cheeky

When:  Saturday, July 1st, from 10:00 am to Noon(ish)

Why:  Because we like to get together, have fun, earn souvenirs, and see how everyone has been doing!

Being as we are meeting in a public park that anyone has access to, our coordinates may/may not be slightly off (depends on who all is at the park when we arrive in the morning to set up).  We will do our best to get as close as possible, but as always, just look for the guy with the wacky socks and you'll find us!!  Although this is a mid-morning event, we encourage everyone to bring along a snack or sweet to share.  It doesn't matter if you make it, bake it, fry it, or buy it  laugh  My sweet tooth always tells me "the more the merrier!"

We hope to see everyone there!!!
