You’ve been here before. In fact many many times before. The downtown library is a fantastic place to stop at and you’re a frequent visitor. The problem though is that you recently learned that one of the items you checked out is now overdue. That’s odd, you definitely remember checking it out and enjoying it but didn’t see it in the pile of books at home. After some careful consideration you decide that you must have set it down before carrying it out of the building. Unfortunately until it gets checked in you’re looking at some fines and an unhappy librarian unless you can hunt it down. As you pass the familiar 2 story books of the parking garage you feel a sense of excitement. This library is awesome and you love the thrill of a good hunt. After all you’re a geocacher and this is what you do.
This geocache is inside a library so plan your trip accordingly and make sure they are open when you plan to visit it. You don't need to interact with the staff but please allow yourself enough time to finish before they close.

This is an InterCache. For those who do not know an InterCache is an interactive geocache that is similar to a wherigo but does not require special gps equipment or a phone application. It does however require a compatible smart device with a data plan and a web browser.
To verify that your smart device is compatible, navigate to HERE with it then scroll down to the "Is My Device Supported?" heading and click on the "Test Device" button. Be sure to have your location services turned on and if prompted for location permission, choose to allow intercaching to see your location. Most Android and iPhone devices will work.
