This cache is located at the Oil City Marina. Bring your boat, fishing poles, bikes and camera because they all can be used here. There is a big boat launch with plenty of room to fish, the Samuel Justus Recreation Trail for biking and there is a pair of bald eagles that can be seen flying up and down the river. I've seen they on many occasions while taking my lunch break here.
You're looking for a small tupperware container with a log book. There can be a lot of muggles here during the summer and especially on weekends. Other times of year it is a ghost town. There is a bathroom here but it is only open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
