This a new cache for urban cachers placed near a recently archived cache that had to retire due to construction.
The cache will require a bit of reach and a lot of stealth. Please place back as found. Accuracy of coordinates around the tall buildings is sketchy at best, but step back a bit when you get within 50 feet. You will figure it out.
