Geocache Description:

Lancashire Cachers on tour are in the North East again.

A short meeting at a deserted Roman fort (at least i hope they have left) to enjoy the view and chat.

I like to travel, I like to walk on hills and I like to meet local geocachers's.

There are several caches close-by to grab too.

A simple meeting of cachers on a hill for a chat

The event will start at 11.45am on Saturday 23nd September  2017, and will end at 12.15pm.

Just time for a cuppa and a chat.

Though this is a short walk from the parking come prepared as it is an upland area, you might need waterproofs, warm clothing, proper footwear, emergency rations, in-case the weather turns.

Hopefully though the day will be clear and we will get a view of the local peaks.

Come along, have a chat and a laugh about caching, bring some TBs, pick up some TBs. All will be welcome.

As always with my events there will be a log book to sign (this is optional) and I will choose one lucky signatory at the end of the event who will be invited to claim FTF.

So I’m looking forward to meeting you on a hill, in the middle of nowhere. (Yes my wife thinks I’m mad too)
