CAUTION: THE AREA SURROUNDING THE CACHE CAN BE VERY SLIPPERY AND WET. PLEASE BE CAREFUL.
This cache is located in the forests surrounding the Lake Padden Gorge Trail. If you're coming from the Gorge Trail there should be a set of stairs on the side opposite of the creek. Go up these stairs. Once you finished climbing them, continue straight until you see a dirt trail to your right. That trail should lead you to the cache. The geocache is well hidden, so keep an eye out!
When walking along the dirt trail, you have to go over a wooden plank to get over a small, dried-out creek. Don't worry; it isn't nearly as dangerous as crossing the river in the children's book Bridge to Terabithia. I've crossed it hundreds of times and never once was I worried about dying or serious injury. If you venture past the cache you will come to a rope swing and then a small wooden fort, somewhat similar to the little world Jesse and Leslie created. I find this area very interesting and yet so desolate.
